Returns & Refund Policy

At Dead Ends Club, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our Returns & Refund Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Certain products are non-returnable, including:

    • Clearance or final sale items.

    • Customized or engraved items.

    • Used or damaged items not due to manufacturing defects.

2. Return Process

  2. We’ll provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping fees (original delivery costs) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged product, contact us within 15 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The return is requested after the return window has expired.

  • The item has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

  • The item is final sale or otherwise marked non-returnable.

Faulty or Non-Conforming Goods Under EU law (Directive 2019/771/EU), you are entitled to a remedy if goods do not conform to the contract at the time of delivery. Please contact us within 2 years of purchase if your product is defective.

Import & Customs As we ship from New Zealand, your order may be subject to import duties or customs charges upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices.
