  • Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic (New Zealand): 3–5 business days

    • International: 10–14 business days (varies by destination).

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays or courier issues beyond our control.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes.

  • Dead Ends Club is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

5. Shipping Restrictions

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • We are not liable for lost or delayed packages once handed to the carrier.

  • If your order is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
